Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues                                                                                                        Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items                                                                                  Due to hygiene regulations, opened products can not be returned. They can only be returned if they are unopened, in the original packaging and the packaging is still intact, within 14 days of receiving the order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will only provide a full refund if the product meets the following conditions:

  • The product is returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The product was ordered via www.valab.store
  • The product is unused, unopened and in the original packaging
  • The product shows no damage or defects
  • The return package contains the correct order number, which is sent together with the product
  • Kits must be returned complete, including all products, packaging and/or manuals

Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be approved or processed. If you return a product without prior approval, it will not be processed and your right to a refund will lapse.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Costs for Returns       

  • Customers are always responsible for paying shipping costs when returning damaged products.
  • We do not accept returns for customers who change their mind about an item received.

If you want to receive an unfounded return, the shipping costs will be at your own expense. You must transfer these costs in advance to the account number specified by us.

If you indicate that you have sent a return, but we have not received it and you have not used a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance, we are not liable for the loss of your return.
